Rhubarb Pie
No strawberries this time. This is the best pie I've turned out, at least in terms of crust and filling consistency. The crust didn't crack or burn at all and the filling didn't overflowout of the pan. Yay. Elina rescued the filling by recognizing that the rhubarb pieces were not cut small enough.
